ressure is put on the body through impactful exercise. It’s about learning to block out everything and focus on one thing, this will help prepare you to focus on your training practice, getting the most from your physical exercise. It will help you focus, perform better and connect you to your body and breath. A mix of Asana (Physical movements) and good Pranayama (Yoga breathing exercises) can help prevent injury, as breath control has athletic healing benefits. The Ashtanga yoga poses will focus on strengthening and lengthening your leg muscles and help to improve your flexibility, preparing your body for your other fitness regime.
