Tomorrow GP Practices across Blaenau Gwent are closed for half day training. Our doors will closed at 12.30. We will receive emergency calls through the afternoon. Please note your call will be triaged and you may have to attend Out of Hours if necessary.

🚨Water Leak🚨

Please be advised that there is a water leak outside the Bridge Centre.

We have reported the problem to the Aneurin Bevan University Health Board and are awaiting a repair.

Please take care if you are attending the surgery since freezing weather is forecast overnight

A Fond Farewell to Dr. Killeen

After an incredible 40 years of dedicated NHS GP, including the past 13 years as a beloved GP at Cwm Calon Surgery, it’s time to say a heartfelt goodbye to Dr. Killeen.

Throughout her career, Dr. Killeen has been a pillar of care, compassion, and expertise. She has touched the lives of countless patients, supporting families through both challenging and joyful times. Her warmth, dedication, and unwavering commitment to her patients have made her an integral part of our community.

Dr. Killeen, your colleagues and patients alike will deeply miss your kind presence, but we know you’ve more than earned a chance to relax and enjoy this new chapter of your life.
