She’s also built muscle in this time, got a hell of a lot stronger and developed a love for the gym!

This client approached me at the beginning of November. She wanted to see what she does achieve if she was able to stick to a diet, and had somebody to hold her accountable. 3 months later and she’s 16lbs down whilst enjoying meals out, holidays and enjoyed Christmas without restricting.

She weight trains in our PT sessions once per week and also plays netball. She’s constantly being told how great she looks and how much weight she’s lost, she feels 100x times better, more confident and is eager to keep going 🚀

Good pull session this morning again feeling out some new movements that I enjoyed. Baseline numbers set and ready to run these up. Also happy with 140 for 15 RDLs, slow and steady increases to protect my lower back

When anyone asks me what my favourite session is I usually say I can’t pick, or if I have to then legs. But this new push session could now be my fave 👀

Some new exercises in here that I’ve not done before, and some reintroduced that I haven’t done for a while. Reset them, focused on connection and eccentric and thoroughly enjoyed it. Looking forward to running the numbers up on these

January tip no 2️⃣6️⃣ - flexible dieting and high protein fads ❌

If you’ve been following me for a while you’ll know I’m a massive advocate of flexible dieting. It’s great, it allows you to hit your cals & macros and enjoy your diet all at the same time. It’s much more sustainable and a diet you’ll actually STICK TO

I’d also urge you not to fall for the high protein product fads! These can be great for when on the go but…

You could have a FULL sized Mars bar AND 100g chicken breast for 287 calories and get in 32.8g protein… OR you could have a dry MyProtein brownie for 379 calories and 23g protein. And then potentially still want the chocolate bar anyway to satisfy your cravings 👀

I know which one I’m choosing 🤷‍♂️

The gyms may be a little busy and intimidating especially in January, but don’t let this stop you. Just remember, everyone is minding their own business working on their own goal.

By no means am I telling you to fully cut alcohol out but… you can make smarter choices! If you’re having a heavy night consider swapping pints for white spirits and diet mixers. There’ll be much less calories involved!

Take mark for example, he swapped his weekly beers for lighter choices and saw benefits in as little as 6 weeks!

A fantastic diet phase completed by , 11kg pulled off here. This acted as a mock prep so we can collect loads of data for the real thing come 2026. Overall this has been really productive to see how Shaughna’s physique responds to different factors!

A few kg off stage condition here but that wasn’t the aim, no need for that level of fatigue right now 😊

Also the last 4 slides are some really cool shots comparing Shaughna’s physique to when we first started working together in August 2023!

Some wild changes here from

8 weeks between the first and last slides, and 4kg difference. A whole lot of fat lost but some new muscle built too!

Lee has always had the fire, desire and hunger to release his potential but had previously struggled what to do nutritionally.

We increased his food and he dropped weight whilst still managing to get stronger and build some muscle.

There’s slightly longer between the pics on the middle slide which shows that Lee has managed to build even more muscle whilst managing to stay lean!

One of the biggest changes that Lee has gone through is his mentality. Confidence has soared. He feels like a new man!

I wonder what would happen if I just…

Well that’s exactly what can happen if you JUST change a few of your habits for better ones.

6 weeks ago Mark sent me a message as he wanted to get fit again. He’d have ‘a few’ beers at the weekend with his Mrs and didn’t really want to let this go. So instead we swapped the beers for white spirits or wine, he can still enjoy social occasions spend quality time with loved ones.

He’s now making better choices with food, he’s been educated on how to track food.

He’s now also getting in the gym twice per week, one being a PT session with me and the other on his own, which is a MASSIVE win itself, having the confidence to battle the gym on his own.

Well done Mark, really looking forward to see what we can continue to achieve together!

CAN WE JUST… 😳👰🏻‍♀️

The dress fitting to the big day! looked and felt confident and amazing in her dress, something she worked relentlessly hard for.

We actually had to increase calories to maintenance for the last few weeks to make sure the dress wasn’t too big as they couldn’t take it in any more 😅🫣

The same outfit 6 months apart… this is a little teaser into what has achieved in 6 months. Until we get the green light for the real check in pictures 😅

14kg between these pictures and she is now feeling the most confident and the best she’s ever felt ready for her wedding on Friday.

An absolutely amazing result. Larayn has worked relentlessly hard for this and has had many social occasions and barriers to overcome and balance!

Immensely proud of this one and there’ll be a proper post at some point showing the full extent of larayn’s journey so stay tuned for that 😎🚀
