End of an era.
Today, I saw my last ever Arden Reflexology and Massage client.
It's sad, but I really won't miss lugging the heavy bed/chair around 😁

You can find me at Bannatyne Wildmoor, where I'm now part of a lovely team with no trekking around the county!

Thank you to everyone who has supported my little business over the last 9 years, I will be forever grateful. To my regular clients, please keep in touch, I'll miss you!

We all do it.
The temperature drops and we hunch our shoulders up to our ears causing tension in the neck and upper back as we try to stay warm.
Bring those shoulders down.....bit more....there we go!

New delivery of waxes and used the Relaxation Wax for the first time on a full body massage this evening.....it is heavenly!
So many massages booked this week so no doubt another box will be heading my way soon 💆🏼‍♀️

This is my current view but in 4 days time Arden Reflexology will be back helping ease the stresses and strains of lockdown with either reflexology or massage.
