🌟 Beth and Jess had an amazing time in Wales over the weekend, meeting soon-to-be new graduates from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic! 🌟

It was a bit of a trip down memory lane for Beth, being back in her old stomping ground and the student clinic where it all started. Can you spot her in her grad photo? 👀🎓

We’re hoping to bring someone new onto the team this summer, and after meeting some cracking candidates, we’re feeling really positive about welcoming a new member to the A.S.H family! 🙌

We will be closing at the earlier time of 1 PM today to allow our hardworking staff to spend Christmas Eve with their loved ones.

We hope that everyone enjoys their day tomorrow and you find some peace and quiet amidst the festivities!

🎄🎄PRE CHRISTMAS APPOINTMENTS🎄🎄

This week is one of our busiest of the year, and as a result, we have very limited availability with all our chiropractors and massage therapists.

We would greatly appreciate it if you could provide at least 24 hours' notice should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This will enable us to offer your slot to another patient. We will be adhering to our cancellation policy, and deposits may be required for appointments that are not changed with adequate notice.

In case of an emergency, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, please understand that we may not be able to schedule your appointment with your usual chiropractor or massage therapist, depending on their availability.

Our massage bundle is a great gift for someone looking for some pain relief, relaxation or just some 'me time'. Ideal during the winter months where muscles tighten up from the cold weather and need a little bit of TLC!

Included are 4 x 30 minute massages with one of our Clinical Massage therapists. You can choose from Deep tissue massage, relaxation or sports massage. There is also the option of reflexology, lymphatic drainage or trigger point therapy depending on your therapist.
