The team is deep into Battle Cancer training, and letโs just say, things are getting real. The teams are forming, strengths and weaknesses are being exposed, and thereโs a sudden realisationโฆ
โ๏ธ Most of the exercises need to be synchronised
โ๏ธ The weights arenโt exactly light
โ๏ธ Strategy is just as important as strength
Right now, itโs all about problem-solving, adapting, and pushing past those doubts. The nerves are there, but so is the determination. Theyโre figuring it out together, stepping up where it counts, and proving that this challenge is about more than just fitness.
When the day comes, these amazing people will be Unstoppable ๐ช.

Yes fitness is your own journey but it's not one you have to take alone. When you train alongside others, you push harder. You stay accountable. You go further than you would ever go on your own. That's the power of a strong community.
7 Years Today.
I wasn't sure whether to share this, but if it just helps one person it's worth it.
Today marks seven years since I stopped drinking alcohol.
It was one of the hardest but best decisions I've ever made. Along the way I've learned a few things that might help anyone who is struggling:
1. You have to want to quit.
No one can make the decision for you. I had to each a point where I realised that drinking wasn't in line with the life I wanted. My health, my family, my future They Mattered More Than Alcohol.
2. No one needs alcohol.
For years, I believed drinking wasn't just "part of life". The truth is, I think we drink to escape, to numb, to cope, but there are better ways that don't involve drinking looking for answers at the bottom of a glass
3. You have to get comfortable with discomfort.
Drinking masked my feelings. Sobriety forced me to face them which was tough and life changing
4. Take it one day at a time and know your triggers.
I had to remove myself from situations, places and even people. It's not about willpower, it's about setting yourself up to succeed.
5. Sobriety can feel lonely.
Not everyone will understand your choice. Some will question it, others may distance themselves. That's ok. This journey is about you and not them and along the way you'll find people who truly support you .
6. I've wasted years of my life but now I have a better life.
I can't change what's behind me, or the time I've wasted at the bottom of a glass but I can make sure I enjoy my future.
7. I'm a better, happier person now.
Alcohol stole time from me. But these past seven years I've built a business I love, seen people change their life's due to support and services I provide and built amazing relationships โบ๏ธ
If you're struggling, know that change is possible no matter where you are right now, you don't have to stay there. You're stronger than you think and a better life is waiting for YOU.
Seven years sober.

Friday 05:30 ๐
When I originally suggested we do a 05:30 Friday training session it was met with deadly silence now these members are continually asking for more 05:30 sessions. How things change ๐
Maybe it's the team work and support from each other or maybe they are all completely mad ๐
Anyway great to see you all this Friday morning .
Enjoy your day everyone
