“ Give your Psoas a break “ how? ⬇️

Tonight’s svasana will be a little longer than our usual class svasana as I’d like to share a little technique I recently came across whilst looking into somatics and how by resting our Psoas can be a great way to release muscle contraction allowing our skeleton to find neutral alignment in a restful position.
It’s not as complicated as it sounds but it is profound..
Our psoas is the only muscle that connects our upper and lower body 😳, what a responsibility eh?😳.
By giving your Psoas a break we create freedom of movement.
Join me tonight for a treat for your Psoas.
Your Psoas will thank you 😜
