Changing your lifestyle so that you can be as healthy as possible, manage your weight and have enough energy to do all the things you need/want to do is a process.

It doesn’t just happen over night.

There are no quick fixes.

And there is no end…so you might as well enjoy the ride

It’s not something you do for 12 weeks and then that’s it - job done

This way of thinking is what’s keeping you stuck in the dieting cycle

If you want long term health and wellbeing then you need to start identifying as a healthy person who works at their health

This requires “buy in” from your subconscious brain if you want it to stick - asking yourself questions like how does it benefit me- how will my life be different - what will i do? Helps with this buy in

But…

The key is one small change at a time. Build on those small changes over time but get the consistency in place before trying to change something else.

Just like my past client Jo has. She checked in with me this week to let me know that despite having a tough time recently she has kept up with her eating habits, she is still going to the gym and she said she knows that looking after herself is still important even when there is so much other stuff going on

She said that before, she would have used this tough time as an excuse to eat crap, stop exercising and put herself & her health right back at the bottom of the to do list…but this feels different says Jo 👌🏻

A lot of my clients don’t feel comfortable to give video testimonials so I’m beyond grateful to these lovely women who are confident enough to tell you about their success in their own words 🤩
