Isn’t it so annoying and painful when you can’t move your neck! Well you learn from experience to rest and thanks @drburniston from @northcotechiropractic for your top tips and help. I thought I would share them here.
Rest and just leave it for a few days if it’s facet inflammation.
Use an towel wrapped around your neck that has been in the freezer - this really helps reduce inflammation and gives support to the neck.
After a few days go for treatment as needed via chiro or osteopath but best to rest and leave it to settle first. I have to learn I can’t always be fixed instantly. It takes time to heal and recover.

If you feel sacro Iliac pain or imbalance in the pelvis - This is a good exercise to do. If there is a noticeable difference one side to the other do 10 reps on the tight side and only 5 on the other side. If both sides feel level, that’s great, this is a good hip opener and inner thigh release😁
