Are you looking for relaxation and well-being? Welcome to Wild Wood Therapies, based in South Wales and offering tailored massage treatments from our stunning Mongolian Yurt. The yurt is beautifully furnished and is insulated using natural materials. A unique holistic retreat situated in the heart of Pontcanna, Cardiff and is only a 2 minute walk from Chapter Arts Centre. If y

our feeling adventurous and looking for something that little bit special then this place is for you. We are now able to offer couples massage with a little notice. Marcos provides a range of natural and affordable treatments to revitalise, relax and rejuvenate your body and mind. DIRECTIONS
For best directions type Yurt in the City or Meanwhile House Cardiff into Google maps. Both addresses will bring you straight to the main entrance, go past the shipping containers on your left and the main entrance to Meanwhile House is on the left through glass doors just before the Depot entrance. We have customer parking at Meanwhile House if you are driving, just please ensure you park along the metal fence opposite the main building, and call your therapist/teacher on arrival and they will meet you at the glass doors where you will receive a parking permit. If arriving by other means, please wait at the glass doors and call therapist who will let you in. If you’re having trouble locating us this video shows how to get to Yurt in the City on foot from the back of Cardiff central train station.

Come and join us for a deeply relaxing sound journey with the wonderful Gail Stewart at Rudry Hall

A Sound Journey is a healing musical performance played out through Himalayan singing bowls, crystal bowls, gongs, and a variety of other often unusual sound-producing instruments complemented by the human voice. Participants lie down and simply allow the waves of sound to flow over, embrace and permeate them.

Please make sure to come prepared to make yourself comfortable during your visit. It would be ideal if you could bring something soft and snug to lie on, along with a head support and something warm to cover yourself. If you have a quilt and pillow that you would like to bring for extra comfort, please don't hesitate to do so. Additionally, if you have a yoga mat, it would be helpful if you could bring your own, as we will have a limited amount available at the hall. Rest assured that the hall will be nice and warm when you arrive. Thank you for your support, as all profits will go to Rhydri Primary School.

Date - Sunday 25th February 7-8:30pm. The cost is £15 concessions £10.
