They've introduced a til service that as they put it "may take a little longer" it's specifically designed for the elderly and/or people who may not have had any interaction with people for a while. It gives them the opportunity to take their time and have a little chat with the cashier without being rushed. For alot of people they have no family and can go weeks without actually speaking to someone. Terrible state of affairs. Hats off to M&S. Bravo 👏

That's right, we are now available in Sunny Shoreham and Happy Hassocks with our wide range of home help solutions!

We can provide a whole host of solutions for those struggling at home alone, or with no family nearby or following a hospital stay. Our team can help provide:

- Companionship
- Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner visits

Well, that was a lonnnnnng summer! We have been SUPER busy, so busy that we took a little break from here to focus solely on our staff and clients over the busy summer period.

Here's a few things we have been up to since we last saw you all -

• We expanded our home checks team and took on several new staff members - wahoo!
• We enrolled 11 amazing, new clients - both companionship and daily calls.
• We transitioned 3 existing clients - who no longer needed wellbeing checks - onto domestic only support.
• We helped the overwhelmed NHS by offering 6-week daily support packages to medically fit people stuck in hospital.
• We expanded the territory we cover to include 2 new postcodes! Yay!
• We set up new offerings including 4 & 6 hour companionship calls plus multi split, all-day calls.
• We've visited our lovely, new, local care home to see what they can offer our fabulous clients - its superb!
• We've linked up with a brilliant, local Live In Care provider. We can now offer our clients a seamless transition to next level live in care at home.
• We also continue to work very closely with our local domiciliary care provider. Together, we can offer our home checks plus personal care visits and next level care support before live in care or nursing care is needed.

It’s been busy! But we did also get to enjoy the FULL FOUR DAYS of sunshine that the great British summer offered us this year!!! Roll on next year!

We have several new and exciting things happening in the next 12 months so keep your eyes peeled for updates on this.

Lastly, we just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to all of you who have supported us, promoted us on here or personally recommended us over the last few months. We are truly thankful!

Where have Queenie and Charlie been this week?…..Squires Garden Centre in Washington.

Another favourite for our clients! We love the fish tank area which is really calming for our advanced dementia clients. They also have a beautiful cafe which we live to enjoy hot chocolates and cappuccino’s at! This week Conny and Bridget joined the fun! 👯 👯‍♀️ 🎉

Where have Queenie and Charlie been this week?…..South Lodge Hotel 🌺

Bridget and Conny had mentioned wanted to see the largest rhododendron in the UK so we got Queenie and Charlie and headed up the road to Lower Beeding! If you haven’t seen it, get yourself over there this week. It is MAGNIFICENT! 🌺 We all had a coffee and cake afterwards in the hotel 🥰

We really love this little cafe, it’s super cute and is a real hit with our RAF clients - and we’ve got a few of them! Come rain or shine this cafe is the best place to be to just sit and watch the world go by ☺️
