Are you running every day thinking it’s the only way to improve?

Better yet…

Are you pushing through every single run, believing it’s the key to getting better?

Truth is…

If you think more running equals more progress, you might be missing what really matters.

Honestly, it’s not about running every day, it’s about knowing when to rest.

And I know this because I’ve experienced it myself.

This is what makes the difference...

… what separates runners who stay strong and injury-free from those who burn out and keep getting injured.

What’s one thing you wish you knew when you started running?

For me, it was how important strength and conditioning (S&C) sessions are. When I first started, I thought it was all about clocking up the miles.

But honestly, strength training for runners helps so much with preventing injuries, improving form, and boosting endurance.

And, for us ladies 💁‍♀️, it helps to reduce the risk of osteopenia, osteoporosis, and easing those menopause symptoms.

🚨It’s not just about running harder, it’s about getting stronger in every way.

Effort + Strength + Recovery = Real Results!
