Mums with babies under one…

If your little one is struggling with colic, reflux or sleep, and you’d like some support, we have a session next Wednesday afternoon at The Little Hub in Flanshaw.

You’ll also learn a bit about baby development and milestones.

The session is run by paediatric osteopath and dad of three, Simon Baron of Transform Therapy.

Wednesday afternoon 28.8.24

Come and join this relaxed session for parents and babies under one year old.

Paediatric Osteopath Simon Baron of will be providing you with practical and vital information to support your baby’s well-being, including positioning for play and feeding, as well as some gentle exercise techniques.

Paediatric osteopathy can help with colic, reflux, feeding difficulties and musculoskeletal issues, as well as improving digestion, decreasing crying and fussiness, enhancing your little ones’ sleep, and overall well-being.

✨ There will be time for questions and answers to address any concerns or queries that you may have about your little one meeting their milestones and how paediatric osteopathy might be able to help.

Refreshments for adults and space for babies to relax and play will be provided.
