🤍💕 International Woman’s Day 💕🤍

Women’s history is a testament to the power of resilience, determination. And the unbreakable spirit of women.

At 15 years old, I was walking in to the very same gym I walk in to today, almost 25 years later !
Myself and my friend had the balls (not literally) 2 times a week to walk in to a 99% male based environment,
I mean the training I did back then was pretty pathetic compared to today’s training but exercise was different then.

The different training methods we see WOMEN & GIRLS achieving today is absolutely phenomenal !!

Inspired by so many women,
I am Empowered by women, to be able to empower women.

Stand up for yourself, be confident and be strong.
Because as women we are judged if we do and judged if we don’t.
We feel the guilt to leave our families, to be able to think about ourselves for just 1 hour !
We can ask nanna to look after the children for a hair appointment, but fear asking because we are attending the gym. And I have this said to me often.
Over time this will and is changing, as more and more people/Women of all generations will and are understanding the importance of health and wellbeing.

DETOX ‘25’ Starts Monday the 10th of March.

If you want to cut the crap out of your diet, stop the greed, feel less bloated, eat nutritiously without having to track everything that moves past your lips and you need to know how to do it, sign up to the Detox ‘25’ !!

Each week, you go through a process stage, you will decide what works for you to have the right balance and get the results you want.

Follow my workouts or choose your own, staying active is key, however big or small.

The All in One 🖤 What a machine 🤩
Today’s session involved the all in one. And we are lucky to have not 1 but FOUR of them in the gym !!Today the 8 of us used 2 !!

Combining a full a body strength workout with intervals on the cardio machines.

Goal Rooms runs a range of different classes, some of those classes are fun circuits, strength, b***y building and cardio. While other classes are to help you get familiar with the equipment on the gym floor.

So if you are unable to make a class, you have the option of coming in to NFG’s 24hr gym feeling confident and comfortable to train outside of class times.

Have both options, it’s a win win 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼

We start next Monday the 13th 🙌🏼

Q- What if I don’t use a gym ?
A- The programme is available for home workouts or gym users. Your choice.

Q- How long are the workouts ?
A- They are 30-40 mins. Give yourself 45-60mins in the gym.

Q- How often do I work out /exercise ?
A- Minimum 3 hrs a week. If that’s 20 mins a day then whatever works for you.

Q- Do I need equipment for the home workouts ?
A- No

Q- Is there a Vegetarian option on the meal planning ?
A- You can choose to not add the meat/fish or choose the Veggie options.

Q- If we don’t weigh the food how do I know what portion to have ?
A- I will guide you how to portion control.
Weighing out food and counting calories is something I’ve never done.
People never stick to counting cals, or weighing. (The answer to this question is based on helping people to get started and continue making the correct choices to gain great results. It is not based on someone who is wanting to have a body transformation who would usually pay out £££’s, take supplements, all within a timeframe)

Q- Are they set Mon- Sun meals or meals to choose from ?
A- No set meals, you choose what day you want to have them.

Q- How easy/hard are the meals to make ?
A- I am not a cook, I’m a busy mum with a business to run. I enjoy cooking but I enjoy cooking when it’s easy.

Q- Will I be able to do the workouts ?
A- Yes of course.
You work to your own ability, if this keeps you more active then you are winning.
And If you want to go harder… then you need to go harder 💪🏼

Motivation is an emotion, Discipline is a choice.

For the past week and a half I have decorated yet another 3 rooms in my house, only 1 room was planned but got carried away 🤦🏼‍♀️
I have ripped beds and wardrobes apart, sanded, filled holes and glossed, in between all that I have worked, cleaned and finished all the Christmas shopping.

I have kept my arse well and truly busy.

I have not been motivated to train but it’s made a priority. because I enjoy food too much 😂 I must be on my 6th mince pie of the week already, Bailey’s in coffee… I love that too 😋❤️
But It’s not just the food. We need it for our mind.

Christmas is a time for food, drink and chaos with the family 🎁 🎄🎅🏽

So if you plan to enjoy your Christmas, make sure you plan to stay disciplined, because you are not going to stay motivated 💪🏼
