Swedish Massage (Traditional style massage)
Hot Stone Massage (heated basalt stones are used to massage your body, de-stressing you relieving your tired muscles)
Warm Bamboo Massage (warms bamboo stick are rolled over your body giving an even pressure across the whole muscle, aids in deep relaxation and to aid in good sleep patterns)
Indian Head Massage (45 minute massage on your head neck and shoulders, aids in relieving of stress headaches and congestion, amazing for relaxation.
Sports or Deep Tissue massage (Targets painful restricted areas to ease tension and increase you range of movement for better performance and reduction in discomfort) I'm always looking at studying further to gain new skills to provide you the best experience! Before your treatment we will do a consultation where i find out what you would like, your needs and your expectations, so if you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask, everything remains confidential! I will devise and adapt a massage that will suit your needs, no 2 massages will be exactly the same, I don follow a strict routine, unless of course this is something you like.
Pregnancy Massage Therapy I completed my training on 30th September 2020 and can now specialise in treating pregnant ladies. To be able to have this wonderful massage you need to be over 12 weeks gestation and have a healthy pregnancy. During this beautiful massage you are side lying with a pillow inbetween your knees and under your bump and an additional pillow for your head to lay on. You have 2 large towels strategically draped over you keeping you warm, safe and dignity in tact at all times. You have a full body massage with some gentle stretches and mobilisation to help ease those tired achy muscles, de stress and lymphatic drainage massage to help reduce those swollen hands and ankles. Your bump is gently massaged to help baby relax and to be calm creating a wonderful tranquil environment between mum, baby and therapist. Baby absolutely loves the massage as much as mummy. We recommend that you have weekly/fortnightly regular massages throughout your pregnancy to help keep those pregnancy related aches at bay and manageable. It has been known that regular pregnancy massages help for a "easier" and calmer labour and delivery. It's also been known after the therapist has met the baby on their arrival that the baby recognises them through the amazing energy that's passed on from therapist through to mummy and baby.

Includes posture analysis (optional) and hot and cold therapy if it is required. If you need me to come to you for a sports event you are taking part in for a pre event massage, or possible post event on site if needed/wanted, discuss with me prices (depends when, where and how long you need me and how many people) I Don't charge for example a "back massage" You tell me what you would like in the time you pay for, you are all individuals!

Terms and Conditions
If this is your first appointment with me, I kindly request that you arrive 5 minutes prior to the appointment time. For all subsequent appointments, please try to arrive on time. If you arrive late for your appointment, you may have a shorter massage as I will have other clients booked in for the day. However, should this be the case, you will still be required to pay the full amount. If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, please let me know ASAP with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Should you fail to show for an appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee of £25 will be charged.
