Trauma Care was founded in 1996 to address the need for commonly agreed standards of best clinical practice in the management of trauma.

We are the UK's leading trauma charity. Our aim is to help you help those in need. Trauma Care is the leading trauma charity. We are the only organisation that embraces and teaches all healthcare professionals in the care of trauma victims, from roadside to rehab. We were founded in 1996 to address the need for commonly agreed standards of best clinical practice in the management of trauma. We aim

to improve the outcome of the trauma victim by establishing best practice throughout the whole chain of care. We achieve this through education, research and publishing. No other organisation encompasses the diverse specialities involved in care of trauma victims from the moment of injury, to the return to active life. We will help you help those in need.

💀 The British Trauma Society Programme is a whistle-stop tour that fully embraces the theme of Roadside to Rehab. It features abstract presentations and key-note speakers.

🔪 The Violence Reduction Programme by JJ Lee and Laura Jones.
This programme joins together different VRUs across the country to centralise a way of tackling violence in the country,

🏨 Major Trauma in ED Programme, by Professor Tim Nutbeam and Dr Stephen Yates.
