I have a diploma in therapeutic counselling and have years of experience working in mental health. I work online and in a dedicated counselling practice in Poole and a treatment room in Ashely Heath, Hampshire. I specialise in working with people with anxiety, addiction and neurodivergence. I also work with depression, loss and trauma. I believe the therapeutic relationship is the most important aspect of our time together as we work towards healing with compassion and understanding in a non-judgmental way.

I am an registered member of the BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists) and I adhere to their ethical framework which guides and governs my work. As part of this I have regular supervision and participate in continued professional development. I am fully insured and DBS checked.

Claire Wisbey has officially joined Pro Fusion Therapy

Claire has been in the health and beauty industry since first qualifying in Beauty Therapy in 2002, later also training as a personal trainer and further training in sports massage and deep tissue techniques.

Claire spent several years honing her skills in the prestigious 5* hotel Chewton Glen

Claire has always been involved in sport in some way—she loves strength training and long walks and thanks to her sport-mad family, she has strong links with
competitive swimming and weightlifting.
 
Claire offers deep, relaxing holistic massage to help with those aches and pains and niggles we all get, to help you with your mental and physical health or just to give yourself an hour of relaxation to escape and recharge, using a variety of techniques
to suit your needs, focusing on areas of tension.

She also offers sports massage or deep tissue therapy where needed to help with tight muscles and to help prevent injury.

Claire uses manual techniques and hot stones in her treatments.

Claire will be with us on Mondays 9.30am - 1.30pm and Thursday 2pm - 6pm starting in February 2025
