Please all a Prayer for these poor girls and their Families. This horrific attack resonates with me not only as a Mother but as a Dancer and former Dance Teacher. Nobody should come to a dance class and be in fear of danger. And no parent should drop their children off at a class or activity/hobby and then never see them again. My thoughts go out to Everyone affected by yesterdays attack in Southport.

FINALLY cleared out the garage for space for a home gym. It’s a work in progress and I’ll need to invest in some more kit but I bloody love it!!!

Long term we are planning on extending our house to create a new gym but for now this will more than do 🏋🏼‍♀️💪🏼😍

Transformation can take time. Don’t become discouraged if you haven’t bounced back to your pre-baby bod! And don’t compare yourself to celebrities who do. They have a team of Dieticians, Personal Trainers and Nannies helping them.

Just Keep Calm and Trust the Process 💪🏼😘
