Wishing you all a Happy New Year!
The next few weeks I believe is a time to nurture oneself and rest as much as possible, following the rhythms of nature. Of course we have to get back to the routine of our lives but starting self care during this part of winter is very comforting and restorative. Perhaps a warming epsom salt bath, or take time to curl up with a blanket and your favourite cuppa. Sometimes I feel the new year with talk of new year resolutions is too pressured at a time when we need to conserve our energy. Sending love and blessings to everyone 🙏

Hello there, I've been practicing Reflexology since 2018, it amazes me the huge benefits to my client's well-being, our lives can be very stressful at times but it's impossible to eradicate all stress as it's our survival tool. However taking time to calm mind, body and soul can really help to promote well-being.
