BirthPrep offers private antenatal classes in groups and one-to-one sessions to help you prepare for your baby's birth. The classes are bespoke and led by midwife Cathy Mullen who has personally helped thousands of women give birth. The sessions are relaxed and informal with time to answer individual questions.
