Pay: £14.00-£15.00 per hour

We provide a nutritious, home-cooked three course lunch Mon-Fri
Working hours will be 8.30-1.30 or 9-2 (to be discussed at interview)
This role is a great opportunity, working as part of a friendly team, with evenings, weekends and bank holidays off (we hold some events, out of core hours, but these are arranged and agreed in advance).

Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to high quality standards
- Adhere to food safety regulations plus organisational policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised kitchen
- Source quality ingredients, ensuring the best value for money, from trusted suppliers
- Menu plan, within an agreed budget, and maintain good stock control
- Seek feedback, from residents, to help inform the above
Experience and Skills
- Level 3 food safety and hygiene or willingness to complete upon commencement of role (training and completion time paid for)
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, nutrition and kitchen equipment
- Excellent customer service towards residents, colleagues and all visitors
