✨ Place a cup of water by your bed or in the bathroom for those quiet moments when you can take a sip.
✨ Herbal teas, like chamomile or peppermint, are a cozy way to hydrate (and they count!).
✨ Add some ice to a jar and drink the water as it melts—it’s refreshing and simple.
Taking care of yourself doesn’t have to be complicated. A little more water each day can make a big difference.
