2024 NAMIWalks Maryland Opening Ceremonies! #rockthewalk2024 #mentalhealthawarwness #mentalhealthforall #together4mh
We are so excited to welcome the @baltimoreblastcheerleaders to this year's NAMIWalks Maryland event!
The Baltimore Blast Cheerleaders are a group of professional women with a passion for performing. They can be found every game day cheering on the best team in the MASL, the Baltimore Blast, as well as out and about at community events in the greater Baltimore area. The team highlights the talents of these young women in a variety of dance styles focused on crowd appeal, fan interaction and game day performances.
Be sure to say hi to them as they cheer you along the walk route next Saturday for NAMIWalks Maryland on June 1st, 2024 at Hunt Valley Towne Centre! Haven't registered yet? There's still time to #jointhemovement now for free at the link in our description! #MentalHealthAwareness #RocktheWalk2024 #MentalHealthforAll #TakeAMentalHealthMoment #MentalHealthMonth #MHAM

Thank you so much for your advocacy efforts this session! 🎊🎊🎊
The Maryland General Assembly introduced over 2,500 bills in the 2024 session. NAMI Maryland tracked 113 bills and provided testimony on 69 pieces of legislation, dealing with mental health parity, insurance, treatment programs, prescription drug costs, early intervention, substance use, and behavioral health.
Our advocates focused on 8 priority bills in this session and thanks to your efforts, 6 of them passed the General Assembly!
We could not have had such a successful legislative session without your dedication and effort. Thank you for your advocacy!
Our NAMI Maryland volunteers are invaluable to our mission and work. It’s only thanks to our many volunteers – from board members to program leaders to outreach volunteers to Walk participants and everything in-between – that we are able to provide much needed #mentalhealthawareness and support in our community.
We couldn't meet our community's needs without you! As we celebrate #VolunteerAppreciationWeek, we want to express our heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of our dedicated volunteers throughout the state. Your unwavering commitment to our mission has a profound impact on the lives of those we serve, and we couldn’t do it without you.
Thank you! #blessed #MentalHealth #mentalhealthforall #mentalhealthmatters
