To show gratitude, I suprised him with tickets to see his Titans play my Commanders 🤭🫣.

Afterwards, we finished the night off at my cousin’s house, drinking 202 Imperial and hanging out with Jamie from Love & Marriage DC.

What a time we had!

This was my first time going to an NFL game.

I’m gonna say they showed out just for me😝

Thank you to all who took the time to wish Chance a happy birthday.

We had her party on this past Sunday.

Shout out to her music/choir teacher who came through and played that piano!

It started as the happy birthday song but some of the choir members wanted to sing songs that they had learned.

So basically, the party ended with a “Mini Tiny Desk Concert”!

32 children, on a school night…. GEEEEZUZ

Baby had fun, racked up about $675 in money and gift cards.

Our hearts are full and yes, I need a nap.

As most of you know, on January 17, 2023, my store was vandalized. As a result, I decided to close our doors on March 4, 2023.

The mental frustration, the depression, the mental defeat, and the physical exhaustion, almost took me out!

🗣️BUT GOD!

Even though we transitioned back to being sold online, people are still contacting me about reopening a brick and mortar.

I have toyed with the idea, but since I’ve transitioned full time with my Financial Services Brokerage, it’s just not in the cards for me.

However, I got a life changing phone call, last Saturday.

A small voice, on the other end of the phone spoke, “Ma, I want to carry on your legacy”

We ironed out some of what that looks like and I made a decision.

I want to introduce you all to the new CEO of J. FiRe & Co., Lexx B. Fields!

She has been in the cosmetology industry, going on 15 years (half of her life).

She has infinite product knowledge and has made hundreds of thousands of dollars for local beauty supply stores.

She is now ready for her own and to continue building, what I started.

I’m honored to pass the torch to my baby girl and I’m excited about what she is about to do.

She will be hosting a $10 online sale on select items.

Today is my born day.

For the past few days, I’ve been evaluating the things I got right.

The things I didn’t get right.

The bags I’ve fumbled.

The people I’ve fumbled.

The ones who love me.

Opportunities I let slip through the crack.

Ones I took full advantage of.

There’s so much more.

I’m so grateful for God’s grace and mercy.

I get to go back and correct SOME things.

I want to welcome you to the relaunching of my life.

This year will be my greatest year thus far!

This year, every single thing I’ve manifested will come to fruition!

My word for this year is REBUILD.

It’s truly amazing, how you can know someone for such a short period of time, yet they make the greatest impact on your life.

was such a beautiful person.

Very down to earth and genuinely cared for people.

The news of his passing has had me in a chokehold for the past few days.

My heart is so heavy thinking of his family and close friends and how great of a loss we have suffered.

Kenny Blair you have left a legacy like no other and you will truly be missed.

From loc out to press out. All Baby wanted for Christmas, was an oculus and to be able to go back to school with her locs combed out and her hair straightened. We started on Dec 20th… Finished on January 8th!
