✔️ Mobility and stretching
✔️ Cardio training (high intensity doesn’t have to be
high impact)
✔️ Resistance exercises for arms and legs with
functional movements
✔️ Safe, effective core exercise progressions
✔️ Women’s health education from physiotherapist
instructors
All classes are run by physios with extra training in
women's health and are therefore health-fund
rebatable.
