The Rossmoyne facility boasts a pool that can be utilised for therapy and well equipped modern private gym. Niamh grew up in Dublin, Ireland. She studied Physiotherapy at Trinity College Dublin. She has worked in both the private and public setting in Ireland. Niamh likes to use a combination of hands on therapy and exercise prescription to manage a variety of conditions.
She has a interest in managing hip and knee conditions. In particular rehab following joint replacements. Outside of the clinic you will see Niamh hiking or working on her own strength training. She is new to Perth and loves recommendations on places to see during her time off!

Nonspecific lower back pain (NSLBP) is lower back pain that is not attributable to a known pathology such as fracture, disc pathology, osteoporosis, and radicular syndrome among other pathologies. Lower backpain is common in our modern society with 60-80% of people reporting pain throughout their lifetime, causing more global disability than any other condition.

Physical therapy is effective at treating and reducing NSLBP and is encouraged as a line of management for this condition. Periods of inactivity have been shown to exacerbate symptoms of NSLBP, highlighting the importance of exercise as part of your pain management. Mitch is a Clinical Exercise Physiologist holding degrees in both Sport and Exercise Science and Exercise Rehabilitation. Mitch has developed his passion and knowledge in exercise physiology throughout experience providing customised exercise treatment at various sports clubs, gyms, private therapy practices, corporate health companies, onsite and in rehabilitation centers.

DAVID BRYANT

David has over 10 years experience as an Accredited Practicing Dietitian and Sports Dietitian. To further improve his Dietetic Skills David completed a Nutrition traineeship at The Western Australian Institute of Sport (WAIS) working with world class athletes. In 2017, David also worked with the Fremantle Dockers, where he managed the nutrition regime for the players playing for Peel Thunder on game day in the WAFL competition.

His in depth knowledge and lifestyle experiences assist his clients in achieving their goals whether that be a sport specific goal, weight loss or specific dietary requirements. ​Eating to live but also living to eat is a passion of David’s where the specific lifestyle goals and preferences of his clients are taken into consideration to tailor a client centred nutrition plan. David is a big believer in using real food to fuel over supplementation.
