Yesterday was harvest day again the garden.

We managed to harvest about 5kg of fresh mulberries. These will be processed into fruit syrups & jams.

I’m also going to experiment with using mulberry fruit syrup as a base for a medical herbal cough syrup. Going to infusing herbs into the mulberry cordial.

Fruit syrups are a great way to get herbs into children who don’t usually like the taste of medicinal herbs.

Today has been a busy day in the kitchen processing freshly picked Limes & Lemons from our garden. All organically grown & chemical free.

We made fresh lime juice cordial, lemon cordial, lemon butter, lemon household cleaning solution & have got a heap of lemon rind drying to either put in herbal teas or powder for cooking.

Our house smells amazing with all the citrus aromatics 🍋 🍋🍋

Yesterday was my last day at the Vintage Health clinic.

Whilst I have loved working at this location it’s time to move on to bigger & better things that are more suited to myself & my clients.

I have decided to build my own brand new naturopathy clinic within the City of Gosnells. Exciting times.

Plans have been drawn up & submitted to local council. Once approval is obtained construction will start & hoping to be open at the beginning of next year. All things going to plan.

I will still be providing Naturopathy, Herbal Medicine & Massage consultations although these will be mobile for the remainder of the year whilst my new clinic is being built.

Thank you to everyone who supported me at the clinic.

I’m so sorry to announce at such short notice that I have to cancel tonight’s Boost Your Immune System workshop.

I will be running the workshop next month instead at a new larger, more appropriate location.

For those who have purchased tickets I will be giving you a full refund & will be in contact over next 24hrs to arrange it all.

I harvested the last of the pomegranate fruit today. The pomegranate trees leaves are starting to turn yellow now and that’s a true sign that autumn is truly here. 50% of this fruit will dried to add to teas, the rest will be gifted to friends & family.

Tonight at 7pm I have my 1st community talk on Stress & Anxiety - how to self manage
I really love doing these little seminar presentations. It gives me an opportunity to share my knowledge with others & hopefully help a few people along the way.

There will be herbal products to sample & it’s a great way to access naturopathy on a budget.

The joys of a traditional herbalist💚 Today was harvest day in the garden. Managed to harvest all my Yarrow, Withania, Catmint, Lemon grass & Sage. They are now all on drying racks & soon to become herbal teas & tinctures. Getting ready for the winter season.

Today is haverest my Yarrow- Achillea millefolium day.

This age old herb has been traditionally used to treat colds, flus & fevers. It is also used to treat pain, inflammation & gastrointestinal disorders in traditional herbal medicine around the world.

After harvesting it all from my front garden, it will be laid out onto drying racks then turned into herbal teas & liquid tinctures.

Always busy doing something in the garden with my herbs 🪴
