In May, I walked 7k steps per day. So it only feels right to run 70km in October!

Why am I running 70km this October? Because 70% of Autistic people face mental health challenges. I’m running towards a more inclusive world where Autistic Australians have the opportunity to thrive. I hope that you’ve have all had a wonderful Christmas time and have found some respite for a few breaths or an asana or 2 😉

As we step into 2025 and term 1, please remember: whilst it’s great to have a reset. Don’t get caught up in the ‘New year, New me’. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the 2024 ‘you’.
