✨ Our new website is live ✨

After a lot of thought, care reflection and late nights, I’m really proud to finally share our new website for Confident Care Solutions.

This space was created and built by us (Tracy and Zoe) directly. It has been created to better reflect who we are, what we stand for, and how we work alongside people - with honesty, transparency, and genuine connection at the centre of everything we do.

Whether you’re a participant, family member, support coordinator, or someone simply wanting to learn more about us, the website gives a clearer picture of our services, our values, and the way we believe care should feel - respectful, empowering, and human.

We’re still growing and evolving, but this feels like an important milestone for us, and I’m grateful to everyone who has supported, trusted, and believed in Confident Care along the way.

✨ Website Glow-Up in Progress! ✨

We’ve had a few messages letting us know the website isn’t accessible right now but don’t worry, it’s not gone forever. We’re just giving it a fresh new look and a little makeover behind the scenes.

Our current site has served us beautifully (huge appreciation to its original creator💐), but now it’s time for us to put our own personal touches on it, embrace our creative side ready for our next chapter.

So stay tuned, the updated site will be back online very soon.

How amazing do our founders look! Zoe and Tracy, attended the Happiness Co Gala, at Optus stadium.

Happiness Co, is an amazing organisation that is actively making a positive difference, for people battling mental health.

$190,000 was raised including our very own Zoe winning an auction item!

Every single individual has their own story, challenges, and pain. Which can be turned into your power, to make a difference and change the world.

You are not defined by the hard thing you go through but defined by the strength that you create when you’re going through them.

Meet the fabulous Chloe who mainly works South of the river.

Chloe has 3 years of experience supporting people living with a disability, and mainly focuses on personal and community supports.

Fun facts: Loves her cat called Simba, enjoys spending time with her family, and is expecting her first born baby boy.

Chloe is currently on maternity leave, patiently awaiting the arrival of her little baby boy.

The team at Confident Care Solutions wishes her and her family all the best, and safe arrival of her new bubba boy.
