R E T R E A T - Our October wellness retreat at was pure magic ✨ Three nights of connection, calm, and nourishment in the heart of stunning Margaret River. 🌿

Days flowed with yoga, meditation, journaling, bushwalks, workshops, relaxation, and invigorating and fun sauna + ice bath moments. Sunrise dips at Gracetown set each day with clarity and joy.

Every meal was a celebration of nourishment - lovingly prepared by .remedy with ethically sourced, vibrant ingredients and served beautifully with a personal little love note. 🌱💛

Evenings by the indoor fire brought laughter, stories, and heartfelt connection. We shared cacao, vision-boarded our dreams, and wandered mindfully through nature - embracing reflection, renewal, and gratitude.

Thank you to everyone who joined - your energy and presence made it incredible.

We can’t to bring more retreats to life in 2026!

Throughout October, enjoy complimentary morning yoga classes in the tranquil surrounds of Cathedral Square lawn, in celebration of 10th anniversary.

The sessions invite you to calm your mind, body and soul with a gentle flow, designed to stretch and release before the day ahead.

When: Wednesdays and Fridays in October
Time: 7.30am - 8.30am
Where: Cathedral Square, next to

It’s been a hot minute…

Life’s been moving fast lately - juggling work, kids, responsibilities, travel… all the things. Maybe you’ve been feeling it too? If you’re feeling stretched thin, I see you. I feel you.

That’s exactly why I keep returning to yoga. Not for the perfect poses, but for the way it grounds me, slows me down, and brings me back to myself. Even if just for an hour.

If you’re craving grounding, space to breathe, gentle movement or deep rest… come join me.

Some changes are happening to my teaching schedule ✨

As many of you know, I’ve recently taken on a new work role — a positive step in my personal and professional journey. With this change, and in the spirit of honouring balance with my family and personal time, I’ve made the decision to step back from Saturday classes.

So, this Saturday will be our last Saturday class together. It’s a little bittersweet, but also a beautiful opportunity to reflect on the space we’ve created over the weekends — and to share one last special Saturday practice together.

🌸 Final Saturday Class (Vinyasa):
🗓 This Saturday 16th August (tomorrow!)
🕘 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM
📍 Bold Park

That said, I’m not stepping away from teaching completely — our Tuesday evening Slow Flow class will continue as usual, and I’d love to keep practicing with you there!

Thank you, truly, for showing up — on your mat, in our community, and in your own lives. Your presence in class has meant more to me than words can express.

I hope to see you tomorrow morning for one final weekend flow — and of course, on Tuesdays going forward.

On a side note, I will also still be teaching private yoga classes and running wellness retreats.
