The morning will consist of:
✅ Meet a new person activity (Rowena will guide you)
🫁 Breathflow for all levels (calming, relaxing)
🧘‍♀️ Guided Visualisation Meditation
👙 Optional post class dips and sips

If you’re completely new to any of this, don’t worry! Rowena will guide you through everything and you’ll never feel alone ❤️

Dress cosy as the mornings can be nippy 😆

The sky really turned it on last week for Silvano’s birthday sunset 🥰 🎂🎈

We usually walk for an hour each evening with no phone but this evening we took our phone along and how lucky are we that we did 😍☘️

The best sunsets really are in the West ❤️❤️
