It’s been over 2 years since our level 1 breathwork facilitator training in the snowy mountains☺️

We have achieved so much in the past 2 years but tbh like anyone we are human and sometimes (just sometimes) we compare and look externally to what others are achieving and we don’t feel good enough or successful enough and we want to throw it all in the 🗑️

Then other days we block out everyone else and see how much we have grown as facilitators, as YouTubers, as video producers and music producers and as a couple through it all and we give ourselves a pat on the back👏

Be kind to yourself today and remember you are probably doing better than you think 💙
