Whip up a recovery-friendly delight! Mashed Sweet Potatoes paired with Salmon, bringing delicious support to your health journey.
💛 Ingredients: 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 salmon fillets, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon honey, Salt and pepper to taste

💛 Recipe: Boil sweet potatoes until tender and mash. Heat olive oil in a pan, season and cook salmon for 4-5 minutes per side. Mix lemon juice and honey into the mash, season to taste, and serve topped with salmon.
