After practising Yoga, you’ll notice a decrease in stress and anxiety as well as a huge boost of endorphins leaving you feeling calm and happy. Your body will also move freely with a greater range of motion and less aches and pains. Yoga really is a total mind and body practice.

🥳🥳EXCITING NEWS🥳🥳

Our newly updated website and booking system is now LIVE!!!🎉🎉I’m thrilled to be working with Mind Body as our new booking system. This is the best and easiest booking system out there!🌟🎉

Here’s what you need to do:

🌟Head to www.hillarysyogaco.com.au and follow the link to ‘Book a class’
🌟It will then prompt you to create a Mind Body profile
🌟Purchase a 10 Class Pass for $140 or a casual class for $20 (slight increase on casual class prices but I’m keeping the class passes at $140 as I want to give you the best value🥳😘)
🌟First time Yogis at my classes can book their first class for $15 casual. This is only for new members.
🌟Please book ahead and reserve your spot in advance as our Saturday class is very popular!
🌟We are still accepting walk ins if you prefer to just show up to class. You can pay cash or Eftpos at the door. You can also buy a physical 10 Class Pass for those that prefer that option.

🎉🎉EXCITING UPDATE!! 🎉🎉

We will be upgrading our booking system very soon to an amazing app. This app will make booking into classes even easier as it is seamless and very user friendly. More info on this to come! 👀🎉

Until our new system is up and running, please just show up to our Saturday 8am class using physical passes or you can pay for a casual pass (cash or card at the door). To my existing pass holders, you will be given a physical pass with all your remaining classes on it. Then once that physical pass is finished, you can switch over to the new booking system once it’s live. I will continue to sell physical class passes for those that prefer that option.

I’ll walk you through every step of the new booking system. It will be easy and amazing to use!👏🏼🤩🥳

🤩✨SATURDAY YOGA VIBES✨🤩

Thanks so much for coming along this morning! Our ‘balance’ themed class was awesome and so fun stepping out of our comfort zones trying things like handstands!👏🏼😄

There will be no park Yoga tomorrow due to the rain forecast.☔️Sunday Yoga at Mawson Park will be back in Spring!! So excited to start it back up in September as the last few months of Yoga in the park have been a huge success!🙏🏼

Saturdays 8-9am will continue every week at Flinders Park Hall.✨

Our Saturday class has been so busy to the point of needing to add a second class to our timetable!🤩Really humbled that our community continues to grow!!😭🫶🏼❤️

YOGA IN THE PARK will be commencing on SUNDAYS 8-9am starting next Sunday 23rd March!!👏🏼😍

All the details:
🌿Sundays 8-9am until June (we’ll take a break over winter🥶)
🌿Mawson Park, Hillarys under the trees near the oval. Park on the east side on Mawson Crescent.
🌿Vinyasa Flow Yoga suitable for everyone!
🌿BYO mat, towel and water
🌿$17 casual or $140 for a 10 Class Pass
🌿You can use your class pass at both Saturday hall yoga and Sunday park yoga.

Our Saturday 8am class will remain at Flinders Park Hall, Broadbeach Blvd every Saturday. I will have two different flows each weekend, focusing on different parts of the body so my regulars can do both Saturday and Sunday if they’re up for it!🤩
