Is cracking your neck bad for you? 🤔

That pop might feel good, but it’s usually only short-term relief.
Occasional cracking is often harmless frequent or forceful cracking can irritate joints and muscles and signal an underlying issue like posture, weakness, or stress.

Long-term comfort comes from addressing the cause, not chasing the crack.
If your neck always feels like it “needs” to pop, it might be time for a proper check. 💆‍♂️💆‍♀️
