Nella is a personal trainer who truly lives and breathes fitness, with a background as a figure skater and coach. She brings a unique style of hybrid training, blending strength, mobility, and functional movement to help people move well, get strong, and enjoy the progress along the way.
She also trains in CrossFit herself, so she knows what it takes to stay disciplined, push limits, and keep showing up. Passion, discipline, and quiet grit inspired by her Finnish heritage guide everything she does ✨
