🌿 Pause Gateway – Restoring Brain-Body Flow🌿

The Pause Gateway is located at the top of the spine, around the first two cervical vertebrae (C1 & C2), also known as the Atlas and Axis. These two vertebrae work together to allow the essential movements of nodding (up and down) and rotation (side to side) of the head, while also ensuring the stability and flexibility of the upper spine. They are key to maintaining the connection between the brain and the body.

When these vertebrae become misaligned or restricted, it interrupts both movement and vital communication from the brain to the body. This blockage can lead to a disconnect, causing mental overwhelm, feeling stuck in your thoughts, and experiencing stiffness in the neck.
