The entrepreneurial ex el-presidente of one of the Northern beaches' most esteemed boardriders clubs has graced us with his presence at the last couple of Ocean Heroes free events in Manly. He brings a certain magic to the sand that everyone in his orbit feels and it's been wonderful having him involved. 🥳 Perth, we are back for 2026! 🥳

With our last event in 2025 absolutely turning it on, we are so excited to head back to Trigg for another day of sun and surf. For this first event of the year, we are wanting you to BRING-A-MATE! Because there’s only one thing better than volunteering, and that’s doing it with friends! So grab your buddies and come down for an epic day in the ocean.

We had an epic morning down at Brighton Beach on Sunday! Huge shoutout to the parents and volunteers who joined us for our latest surf training session. The energy, teamwork and smiles were unreal! 💙

These training days are perfect for building confidence in the water, learning how to support our participants safely, and making sure everyone feels ready to bring the stoke to our free surfing events. THE ANNUAL Revo Fitness 24HR SWIM FOR Ocean Heroes Australia IS BACK! 🏊‍♀️🏊‍♀️🏊‍♀️

Teams will be battling it out at Scarborough Beach Pool over 24 hours from 17th – 18th April 2026 all in the name of raising funds and awareness for Ocean Heroes Australia Free Events Programs!

Registrations open on 22nd January 2026, and this year we've got space for 20 teams of up to 20 swimmers. Expressions of interest are open now: reach out to swim@oceanheroes.com.au

The penultimate East Coast event for 2025 popped off in superb style, coinciding with a cute nor-east swell rolling into Manly that saw participants & volleys alike frothing and frolicking amongst the foam 🌊

We took 54 youngsters out into the waves, 17 of whom were first timers with Ocean Heroes…many have already proclaimed it won’t be their last 😉

A huge thank you to all our volleys for spreading the psyche in a safe and inclusive way to help us grow our reach on the East coast!

A massive thanks to our Naming Rights Sponsor for supporting us to offer these free sessions to neurodivergent Aussies.
