Just cruisin' at the Mysore University. We found ourselves here by accident - that's the best way to explore a new place.
I have spent a few days in Chennai doing storytelling stuff and am now in Mysore doing yoga stuff. It like a perfect open sandwich

I'm really looking forward to teaching this free class tomorrow.
Have you ever worked with chant within a yoga practice? It is such a deep and focusing experience. The resonance of sound, the subtle meanings within the mantra all work to enrich an Āsana practice taking it from a purely physical experience into a more meditative practice.
If you are interested in exploring, experiencing and playing with voice and body and breath, come and join us. You don't have to be able to chant or even to sing - it's more about the vibration.
