“Magic” is an understatement to describe our first Ground and Glow event on Saturday evening. 🥹
This event was born out of wanting to cultivate a space of rest, calm and surrender. Where you feel held, supported and encouraged to let go, soften and melt into long holds.
To allow yourself to remember the healing power of rest, or slowing down and stillness.
We journaled, we reflected, we melted into nourishing poses, and came together in circle to share what was on our heart while sipping on healthy, nourishing hot chocs.
This is the magic of coming together in community, in common ground and intention to release stress and tension from the mind and body.
