Feeling Stressed? Lets Get Grounded.

When overwhelm hits, your nervous system needs stability. Grounding helps shift you from fight-or-flight to calm and centered.
Grounding reconnects you with the earth and instantly begins to calm your nervous system.

Try do this daily:

Go barefoot outside.

Stand or walk gently on grass, sand, soil or if you are near the beach, the water.

Spend at least 10 minutes fully present, focusing on sensations in your feet and breathing deeply.

This simple habit can significantly reduce stress and tension in your body.
