Where’s your happy place?.....woke up feeling flat today.....so decided to go walking at the beach (happy place) with Freddie 💙. Feeling good now and ready for the day.....yay. This too shall pass is one of my favourite things to draw on when things are difficult but we also have to remember that when things are good that this also applies. By practicing being present it can help us enjoy the moment. We can’t do anything about the future and the past is gone and as the present shall too pass anchor in those precious moments. Take time to hold any positive emotion or feeling you have when you see something that makes you happy......flowers, birds, children laughing, a piece of art or anything that feeds your soul and focus on it for 20 seconds and allow that snap shot in time to help you through the tough times. As they too shall pass 😊💞. Much love xx
