We all like to have a healthy in our life , this tonics herbs drink , fresh from rempah rempah ( turmeric , ginger etc ) I also used Kangen Water to made this healthy Jamu , is great for ours well-being.

Mbok Lilik’s Jamu, not only it is a delicious refreshing turmeric drink but it has its roots deep in my home village of Blitar Jatim in Java Indonesia. Jamu refers to a traditional herbal medicine derived from natural produce which was used in helping with general health, anxiety and body ache .
My passion for jamu stems all the way from memories of spending hours in the garden with my grandfather, helping him grow all the beautiful fresh produce and the mornings of grinding the ingredients, known as ‘tumbuk’ ready for our community. This has all been possible with a traditional recipe passed down from generations within my family of Javanese healing shamans, known as ‘Dukun suwuk’.
Unfortunately I don’t have my grandfather’s garden here in Australia but I have taken the time to source only the absolute freshest turmeric, Kaempferia galanga and ginger to make the most reinvigorating health drink possible. Packed full of ingredients with antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties this drink helps support a healthy lifestyle so you can worry less about those daily aches and pains and keep going with the things that matter most in your life.
