One thing Spirit reminds me of often is this:
our loved ones are not suffering on the other side.

They don’t leave this world with fear or sadness ... for them, the transition feels like slipping back into a place their soul has always known.
It’s peaceful. It’s familiar. It’s home.

Even the little ones are wrapped in the softest, safest love you could ever imagine.

I don’t know when we started believing we were supposed to cope with everything…

Carry every responsibility, meet every expectation, hold space for everyone we love, and somehow stay strong through it all.
Somewhere along the way, we forgot we’re human... not machines, not endless wells of strength, just souls doing our best to navigate a very full world.

And the hardest part?
When people tell you how you should feel, what you should do, or how you should be coping.
As if their words land softly… when really, they can feel crippling.
Invalidating.
Lonely.
