What drives me on a daily basis?
✴️Starting the day with gratitude
✴️Staying active, whether that's training or a walk by the river, lake, or coast.
✴️Finding balance through recovery: Reclab, Pilates, massage, stretching and meditation.
✴️Focusing on yearly goals: like increasing hydration levels, drinking less or improving my running distance.
✴️Embracing challenges: Next challenge is nailing butterfly pull ups.
✴️Learning from stronger individuals especially women in my CrossFit community. So many mums who are absolute weapons 💪
✴️Allowing myself to have off days and looking forward to better tomorrows
✴️Showing up for myself, clients and others
✴️Your journey is yours alone!
