✨ MEET JOSHUA ✨

One of our amazing Senior Therapy Assistants at LaunchPod! 🚀

With a strong background in Psychology and a Master’s in progress, Joshua is passionate about helping children thrive through play-based, strengths-focused support. He loves exploring creative ways to build confidence, emotional regulation, and problem solving, often incorporating technology, hands-on resources, and of course, plenty of Lego! 🧩

Joshua is known for his warm, enthusiastic personality and his ability to connect quickly and authentically with children. His humour, energy, and gentle presence help kids feel safe, supported, and excited to engage. 💛

Beyond his work at LaunchPod, you’ll find Josh volunteering at youth events, mentoring young people, and using his skills to make a meaningful difference in the wider community. 🌈🌟

✨ MEET KYLE ✨

One of our incredible Therapy Assistants here at LaunchPod! 🚀

Kyle is passionate about helping children feel confident, capable, and celebrated for who they are. With experience supporting children across home and community settings, he brings a calm, consistent, and compassionate approach to every session. 💛

Working closely alongside Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists, Kyle helps implement therapy goals through meaningful, play-based support that encourages emotional regulation, independence, and connection. 🌈

He’s currently completing his Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance and has completed several NDIS training modules to strengthen his skills and knowledge. Outside of LaunchPod, Kyle’s love for music shines, he sings, writes songs, and plays guitar and piano, often using music as a bridge to connect and engage with children in creative ways. 🎶

Having grown up across the USA, Qatar, Indonesia, and Australia, Savannah has a unique ability to connect quickly and meaningfully with others. Her experience in paediatric disability support has strengthened her skill in building strong, trusting relationships that help children thrive. 🌈
