Some people are so used to being strong that they forget what it feels like to truly relax.
They hold everything together for everyone around them.
They keep going, keep helping, keep functioning.
But underneath that strength they may feel anxious, emotionally drained, or quietly overwhelmed.
When the nervous system has been in survival mode for too long, calm can feel unfamiliar.
But the body can relearn safety.
Healing often begins when someone finally feels supported.
