The "Movement Snack" Approach

Mobility Breaks:
Do 5โ€“10 minutes of light mobility work (neck rotations, shoulder rolls, & leg swings) in the morning to combat stiffness from sleeping.

Travel Tips:
If in a car, take a break every 60โ€“90 minutes to walk. If flying, do ankle pumps, circles, & knee lifts while seated.

Back Relief:
Perform "back extensions" (standing up & gently leaning backward) to counteract prolonged sitting.
