Bwell RMT Remedial Massage Therapy. Treat the cause not the symptom. Bee the best version of yourself. Hi! I'm Sheila. I'm a Remedial Massage Therapist.

I help people who are in pain. Whether it is chronic pain, past injury, or doms from yesterday's workout. My mission is to relieve the pain and increase daily life quality. I also love working with those who are already on the way to take responsibility for their health, to gain better control of their musculoskeletal dysfunctions and overall health, to reconnect to their bodies. I'm in the process of connecting with other allied health professionals to be able to provide a whole tribe to my clients, full of diverse expertise all-around health for body and mind. It's like massage, but deeper...
My expertise is the manipulation of deep soft tissues & fascia. I ran a mobile relaxation massage business in Germany for around 5 years but always wanted more. Traveling and exploring the world was on the top of my 'more' and when covid hit, I was lucky to get stuck in the most secure state, so I used this opportunity to settle for a while and study my Diploma of Remedial Massage Therapy. The problem I see is that people know they want to take better care of their bodies, but often don't know how, or fall back into old patterns over the weekend and then need the whole week to recover, as well as time-management difficulties in busy modern times. So what I love to do is to break these cycles with hands-on therapy, education & the network to be able to send my clients in the right direction to find support for their individual needs to reach their goals for a better life. I believe that everybody deserves an exceptional functioning healthy body. So we need to treat the cause rather than the symptoms to bee the best version of ourselves. If this sounds like you, safe time - book online.

Massage does more than just manipulate muscles. Massage can stretch and reflexibalise tightened tissue such as fascia and the seamless tissue layers connecting muscles, bones, and organs.
Massage can make movement easier through manually moved fluids that can loosen joints and reduce swelling.
Fluid build-up in arthritic joints may be reduced, alleviating swelling and pain. Also, the lymphatic flow can be improved through massage, stimulating and supporting the body's immune system.
Massage may also help increase blood circulation, which moves nutrients and waste products through the body and speeds healing.
