LifeLift offers cost-effective, comprehensive assessments and tailored rehabilitation programs to meet NDIS participant goals that are realistic and achievable within their NDIS plan. Our AHPRA registered team work independently or collaboratively with other health teams to provide holistic care for NDIS participants across all ages. LifeLift Works
LifeLift delivers services to employees and employers under the WorkCover WA workers compensation scheme in a cost-effective, timely and proactive manner to achieve a safe and durable return to work. Through our case management and coaching model, we monitor and review the progress of actions, programs, and goals in consultation with the employee, employer, insurer, treating health professionals and any other relevant medical provider. LifeLift is an approved Rehabilitation Provider under the Heads of Workers Compensation Authorities (HWCA) Nationally Consistent Approval Framework for Workplace Rehabilitation Providers.
