I am listening to you 🙌☺️ and that’s why I’ve created this 8-week program. It came naturally from our conversations that come up again and again.
Honestly…that’s the heart of this program.✨🤎
Handstands don’t just ask for strength…They ask for patience, repetition, and the willingness to come back, even when progress isn’t obvious.
That’s why this is an 8-week journey.
🤎Not to rush results, but to support consistency in a realistic, human way.
To give you time to build confidence in your body and in yourself.
This practice grows out of Yoga & Movement…Before going upside down, we learn how to feel grounded.
Before balancing, we learn how to feel supported.
Before “doing the thing”, we learn how to listen.
Some days you might kick up.
Some days you won’t.
Both are part of the practice.
